The recent challenge at the Everything Wendy Vecchi Yahoo Group is from Wendy's Book 3, page 33, which is a 'circular base with 3 buttons'. I decided to turn my circular base into a hot air balloon, and my buttons are apart of the gear mechanisms.
I adhered newsprint to the a circle Art Part, and then stamped the image on it in Coffee Archival Ink. I inked the edges in Vintage Photo Distress Ink. |
I adhered the newsprint onto kraft cardstock scrap and stamped a portion of the balloon image in Jet Black Archival. |
Supplies:
From My Stash- newsprint , black cardstock, kraft cardstock, buttons, black thread, Graphic 45 Times Nouveau paper
I hope your hands get creatively dirty soon!
