CHA 2016 - Recap 4 (Designers in Action)

Hello again this week! Today, is the recap of the CHA Designer's In Action. It's a booth that houses the work of CHA Designers that choose to participate, in a gallery type way.  Every one has a four foot square pedestal or board to display whatever they choose, and show participants come visit and view the work, and hopefully connections are made for work opportunities. We host coffees, meetings, meet and greets, and demos. It's a great place to hang out in as well.
Here I am in front of my booth, photo courtesy of Marjie Kemper. Not a good photo, but a great outfit so I included it!!! ;0) Not Marjie's fault though, just a fake smile, and I don't like that.
We each have a poster board with all our info on it. I stole mine...okay, it was mine to keep!
This year, I decided to show some of the classes I taught, some published pieces, and a few of my favorites all from 2015. The notepad with the scissors on it, must have been a favorite, as several sheets of it kept disappearing, my notes and all. Ugh! But...all the notes I did receive were absolutely lovely!

It's all a crazy mish mash of my work, but that's how I roll. I was told I had a style...'Vintage with Color'. That blew my mind! I always thought I didn't have a certain style, but now I can kind of see that. I like it!
This giant sign listed all of our activities! It was so professional looking!
I thought I took photos of all the booths, but these were all that ended up the camera...hmmm.

That's it for today. Tomorrow is my last CHA post...aren't you glad? I'll bring you a few shots of the people and sights that I had time to selfie with and see!
I hope your hands get creatively dirty soon!

Your outfit is a knock out and WOW all the wonderful tables with so much creativity and fabulousness. (Yes, that's now officially a word) and I still have one question. You mentioned job opportunities....did you calendar just get jam packed?? I hope, I hope, I hope :D
