Snowmen and Santa Goodies

Hello again this week. Today, I have some items I've made for swaps, students, and cards to send out to friends and family...so not too much.
I was recently honored to be asked to join a group of ladies at a Christmas retreat. We all made things to swap, and the theme was Snowmen. I made these necklaces and tags for everyone.

I made the tags on thin sheets of wood, all a different kind of wood. I hand painted each of them with each person's favorite color and gave them an initial...Laverne and Shirley style. Tim Holtz's Distress Paint worked beautifully on the wood.

The cards I made to send to friends and family, and the tags for students in my Christmas classes. The papers and ephemera are all old and I had no idea where they came from, but it's time I use up the stash. Ranger's Stickles transformed all of these...you just gotta have Stickles on Christmas projects!

One more Christmas post and then I'm through until January...I think...and it's a big one you won't want to miss. Until then, happy meetings and greetings with friends and family. Don't let your family drive you crazy!

I hope your hands get creatively dirty soon!
