The technique Painted Industrial, as the name implies, screams 'industrial', 'steam punk', and 'metal madness' to me. I knew instantly that my project would be heavy on the metal (I couldn't create with Idea-ology!!!) and quirky. I loved covering this wooden birdie up. I also used Wendy's Embossing Pastes and Ranger Archival Ink for the wooden base.

All of your metal elements work together so perfectly to create this whimsical piece. The spools are a great idea for feet. I love the springs coming up from them!
