A Wedded Bliss Canvas Gift

Hello fellow crafters! Summer is the time for many weddings, and I was honored to be a hostess for a wedding shower for a special girl. The bride is the daughter to great friends of ours, so I wanted to make her something special and unique, and since she is also very artistic I thought a canvas would be a great gift.
Sorry for the blurry photos. In my haste to give it to her, I forgot to take photos, so I did my best at the actual shower. The canvas is 20x30 inches, and has tons of Wendy Vecchi Paste, Dyan Reaveley Stencils, and lots of Ranger and Tim Holtz goodness.
Using the stencils as a mask, I used a palette knife to smear on Gold, Silver, and White Embossing Paste on the bottom of the canvas horizontally.
I applied more Embossing Paste in the same fashion to the top of the canvas vertically. Jet Black Archival was used to make a line separating the two spaces. The couple had a wedding website which contained the stories of how they met as well as the proposal, so I used those words to make newsprint. I stenciled the silhouettes out of the newsprint, inked them, as well as free cut the house. I used mounds of Multi Medium to secure all of the newsprint down.
Strips of the inked newsprint were put down, and a small flower pot made the greatest circles with Pitch Black Paint Dabber.
I made corner designs using a Crafter's Workshop stencil and Crackled Embossing Paste colored with Festive Berries Distress Paint. Giant foam stamps were using for the black letters and numbers, and Tim's Cargo Stencil and Vermillion Archival Ink were used to make  the couple's last name.  I used Ranger's new Fude Ball Pen (Writes on the most painted surfaces like butter!) to outline a few things, and Jet Black Archival Ink was used to highlight the edges. Finally, the canvas received several coats of Multi Medium.
The bride was quite happy to receive it, and that is all I cared about. Cheers and blessings for a blissful and life long marriage!!!
