The Artful Maven

I'm back again for Bella Crafts Publishing, to show you a painting I've made using some awesome paints from Deco Art Media. I was so fortunate to have received several boxes of Deco Art goodness back in January, just to try it out. Can you believe that? WOW! Talk about a generous company, as I've seen many bloggers come away with boxes of goodies from them. Thank you Deco Art, and I LOVE your goods!

Back to the painting...my daughter loves make-up and all who have iconically worn it. Recently, she found a picture of a painting of Marilyn Monroe, and left it on my work desk. That translates to, "Hey Mom, make this for me!". While I couldn't copy the work exactly, as it's someone either than me, I did the best I could at capturing the face, and although more like Madonna...;0)...I'm happy with the result, and more importantly she was very happy with it. CC3C - Faux Cracked Glass
