Stamper's Anonymous Halloween 2020 - Snarky Cats Halloween Trio: #3

Are you tired of me yet? Here's the last Snarky Cat Halloween Card 'Trick or Treat Smell My Feet" (the largest one at 5 x 6.5 inches), using the new Tim Holtz Stamper's Anonymous Halloween Stamps. This is also the last of the cards shown on Tim's Live if you viewed it, but I have three more projects to show you in the next week. I hope you've liked all the cats so far. Enjoy!
Cut all the papers you need...Heavystock to 4 3/8 x 5 7/8 plus extra for cutting out more cats and pumpkin, black cardstock to 4.5 x 6, Circle Kraft Paper 4 7/8 x 6 3/8, a 1 3/8 by 6 piece of kraft for the floor part, and a kraft card base to 5 x 6.5. Using the Heavystock and Stamping Platform, stamp a jumping cat in the upper middle area using Jet Black Archival. Note: my photo shows a stamped pumpkin as well, but I changed my mind later, and chose to stamp and cut out the pumpkin separately. Stamp the jumping cat again on sticky note for masking.
Cut out the sticky note image of the cat, and place on regular image. Stamp the background image from Tapestry for wall paper over the cat using Vintage Photo Archival. Let dry.
Add two strips of Tissue Tape to the 1 3/8 x 6 inch piece of kraft. A little kraft will be left showing for a baseboard look. Ink the edges in Vintage Photo and adhere to card front. Stamp the spider and web in the upper left corner of the card front in Jet Black. Add card front to black cardstock mat, and distress edges. Adhere to circle paper and then kraft card base.
Stamp the sentiment a few times on Heavystock to make cutting out the words a little easier. Color the front of the Deco Frame with a Black Soot Distress Crayons and rub the crayon in to all the bumps in the frame. Use a paper towel to wipe off the excess not in the recessed areas. Adhere circle kraft paper to the back. Cut out the sentiment in groups of two words, then one, and so on. Ink the edges of the words with Antique Linen Distress Ink, and adhere to the circle paper in the frame. Adhere to card front on the upper right corner.
Stamp the other two cats and pumpkin on heavystock in Jet Black and cut out. Use Distress Crayons and a Detail Water Brush to color in pumpkins and cats. Add shadows as well as color the edges of all of them.  Adhere pumpkin to middle.
Die cut cat face from Frightening Faces die with black cardstock and adhere to pumpkin. Foam tape cats to the sides of the pumpkin. Add Glossy Accents to the eye balls of the cats as well as to the spider body.

Stamper's Anonymous Halloween 2020 - Snarky Cats Halloween Trio: #2

Hey hey hey! Here is the second and medium size (4.5 x 6.25 inches) Snarky Cat Halloween Card, 'Great  Ideas Butterfly Costume', using the new Halloween Snarky Cats and Specimen Stamps from Tim Holtz and Stamper's Anonymous. Hope you enjoy!
Cut all the papers you need...Heavystock to 3 3/4 x 5 1/2 inches plus extra for cutting out cat and butterfly, black cardstock to 4 x 5 3/4, Stripes Kraft Paper 4 3/8 x 6 1/8, a 1 3/8 by 5 1/2 piece of kraft for the floor part, and a kraft card base to 4.5 x 6.25. Using the Heavystock and Stamping Platform, stamp the background image from Tapestry for wall paper using Vintage Photo Archival. Let dry. Stamp the cat, butterfly, and sentiment on Heavystock for cutting out, using Jet Black Archival.
Add two strips of Tissue Tape to the 1 3/8 x 5 1/2 inch piece of kraft. A little kraft will be left showing for a baseboard look. Ink the edges in Vintage Photo and adhere to card front bottom. Stamp the spider and web in the upper right corner of the card front using Jet Black. Add card front to black cardstock mat, and distress edges. Adhere to stripe paper and then kraft card base.
Color the front of the Deco Frame with a Black Soot Distress Crayon and rub the crayon in to all the bumps in the frame. Use a paper towel to wipe off the excess not in the recessed areas. Adhere stripe kraft paper to the back. Cut out the sentiment in groups of two words, ending with the last two words separated to fit into the frame.  Ink the edges of the words with Antique Linen Distress Ink, and adhere to the stripe paper in the frame. Adhere to card front on the upper left corner with Collage Medium.
Cut out the cat and butterfly. Use Distress Crayons and a Detail Water Brush to color them in. Add shadows as well as color the edges. Use a white pen to outline some parts on the wings. Cut wings in half and adhere to card. Add foam tape to the back of cat and adhere antennae to its head. Adhere cat to card on the wings. Add Glossy Accents to the eye balls of the cat as well as to the spider body. NOTE: I should have drawn a line from the cat's armpit to shoulder so it looks like the wings are slipped on for a more costume like look, but I forgot. You can do that though.

Stamper's Anonymous Halloween 2020 - Snarky Cats Halloween Trio: #1

Hey there everyone! Today brings me to my next card, (there are three in this set), using the new Halloween stamps from Tim Holtz and Stamper's Anonymous, in particular the Snarky Cats Halloween set and Ironworks Layering Stencil. I will have one a day for the next three days so the posts don't get too long. Each one is made the same way, but vary in size and background. Hope you enjoy these. Here is the first, the smallest one (4.25 x 5.5 inches) 'It's Behind Me Isn't'.
Cut all the papers you need...Heavystock to 3 1/2 x 4 3/4 inches plus extra for cutting out cat and hat, black cardstock to 3 3/4 x 5, Wavy Kraft Paper 4 1/8 x 5 3/8, and a kraft card base to 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. Using the Heavystock and Stamping Platform, stamp the moon image from Sketch Manor using Jet Black Archival, as well as a mask on sticky note for it. Stamp the cat on extra Heavystock as well as a mask for it, and the witch's hat for cutting out, using Jet Black Archival. Cut out the cat from sticky note and lay over cat. Stamp the broom below the cat as if it is riding it.
Cut out moon mask and lay it over moon on card front. Lay the Ironwork Stencil over the card front, and ink in the design with Hickory Smoke Archival. You will have to move the stencil over and continue. Remove stencil and ink over the whole card with Hickory Smoke Distress Ink. Remove mask from moon and ink over moon and card with Antique Linen Distress Ink. Ink edges in Hickory Smoke.
Add card front to black cardstock mat, and distress edges. Adhere to wavy paper and then kraft card base, inking the edges of both in Vintage Photo Archival Ink.
Color the front of the Deco Frame with a Black Soot Distress Crayon and rub the crayon in to all the bumps in the frame. Use a paper towel to wipe off the excess not in the recessed areas. Stamp the sentiment as well as a bat (you can also just stamp the bat on the card instead) on Heavystock and cut out. Ink edges of sentiment with Antique Linen. Adhere frame to moon and sentiment to moon center with Collage Medium. Adhere bat next to moon.
Cut out the cat with broom and hat. Use Distress Crayons and a Detail Water Brush to color them in. Add shadows as well as color the edges. Add foam tape to the back of cat and adhere to card. Adhere hat to card as if it has blown off. Add Glossy Accents to the eye balls of the cat. Use a white pen to add dots to the sky for stars, and a black pen for movement lines after the cat and to the hat.
