Nothing like waiting until the very last day! Here is my tag for April for
Tim's 12 Tags of 2013.
 |
I made the background exactly the same as Tim only using different colors. |
 |
Instead of using the Dragonfly, I used the Globe, wanting to do something for Earth Day, and used the die with Wendy's Clearly for Art, and colored the base of it with Distress Paint. |
 |
I cut off the globe part and will use it later, then adhered the base with a Tiny Attacher. I shaped the base with a heat tool. All the embellies were done the same as the inspiration tag. |
Supplies:
I hope your hands get creatively dirty soon!

ReplyDeleteI love your tag, but even more I loved tagging along with you and your friend through England. I do have a question, just after the tower bridge photos your have two . . . one is subtitled to the south and the other, to the north. Well, on the to the north, what is that building in the center that looks like a 1950 sci-fi spaceship? It looked like you were having a ball . . . I would love to visit England, someday.
ReplyDeleteI am back from my trip to visit my daughter and I had a wonderful time. Lots of family fun with my two granddaughters, and although my daughter had her head buried in her books most of the time, we did have some great time to visit, too. When I left she was caught up with all her studies and feeling fresh and ready to take on the world, again. God blessed us all in many wonderful ways, this week. Thank you for your sweet comment, you're a good friend.
Your blogging sister, Connie :)
Hi Connie! I have no idea what the name of that building is, but it does look like a rocket ship...I need to google it. I was so mesmerized by the ancient buildings, I barely took notice of the new...so bad! Glad you had a great trip!
DeleteWe, over here, call it The Gherkin, cos it looks like... a gherkin lol

Love it Anita! What a fun away you did the stand!! Such a great tag background and patina. I didn't have the clearly for art, have to find some of that. Locally I can't find the WV embossing paste either, I have to start my search online I guess. Enjoy the day!
