Enamel Accents Mother's Day Cards

Hey hey hey everyone and all you beautiful Mothers! Today, I have Mother's Day Cards made with several techniques using Wendy Vecchi's Enamel Accents from Ranger. I LOVE using them, and they are much more versatile than you might think.  If you didn't know already, I have a video showing more ways to use them...I hope you check it out.

Use As A Background: Apply squiggles of all five Enamel Accents to the craft sheet, and mist liberally with water.

Run the #8 and #5 tags through the wet mediums, applying more as needed, and dry with a heat tool.

Stamp the Mason Jar, Rose, and Leaves on the #8 tags using Jet Black, and dry with a heat tool.
Stamp portions of the Rectangle Collage on the tags using Garden Patina Archival, and dry with a heat tool. Aren't those Mini Inks the bomb?!!

Directly Color In: Color in the roses using the Enamel Accents directly from the bottle, and let this dry.

Color in the rose leaves and stem with Leaf Green Enamel Accents from the bottle, and let dry.

Color in some of the open leaves with Garden Patina Enamel Accents from the bottle, and let dry.

Mount the #8 and #5 tags with Heavystock or Manila using Adhesive Strips, and trim around them leaving 1/8 inch border. Hole punch the tag holes, and then adhere the #5 tags to the #8 tags in the lower right corner horizontally, and set these aside.

Use To Stencil and Stamp: Cut black cardstock to 5x6.75 inches to use as the background. Place the Alphabets Stencil over the upper right corner. Apply about a nickel sized amount of one of the Enamel Accents to the craft sheet, and use the Craft Squeegee to apply it through the stencil. Make sure the back of the stencil is clean, and place it on the lower left corner, and again stencil through more Enamel Accents. Clean the squeegee. Apply about a dime sized amount of Garden Patina Enamel Accents to the craft sheet, and spread it around a little. Use the Rectangle Collage stamp, and tamp it into the Enamel Accents and stamp it randomly onto the black background. Clean the stamp with water. Let this dry or use the heat tool. Set this aside.

Take the tags, and stamp the sentiment in the lower right corner so that it is on both tags, using Jet Black. Dry with a heat tool. Mount the tags onto the black background, and then mount again onto a Heavystock or Manila card base using Adhesive Strips.
Use To Watercolor: Squirt a tiny amount of Enamel Accents that is the same color as the rose onto the craft sheet, and pick up with a Water Brush. Color in the sentiment with this. Let dry, and clean the Water Brush.
