12 Tags of 2014 - May

True to form, I've left my May tag for Tim's 12 Tags of 2014, until the last minute! Why oh why do I wait until the end of the month when I am so stoked to see the tag at the beginning of the month, and can't wait to play??? I hope some of you can relate!
I think I took nearly 100 pictures of the whole tag in various locations, under different lighting, etc., but I just could not get the right look on tag. The pictures do not do it justice. Sorry. The close up photos are much better though.
I used Tim's Wrinkle Resist technique for the base of my tag. I know what you are thinking if you follow my blog a lot...PINK??? Yes...I felt the need for pink for some reason!
I wanted to use all the eye images in my Tim arsenal. I think I achieved that. I love the new Debossing Folders...so fun!

Oh...I've almost forgotten...I am not getting any feed on the blogs I follow for some strange reason, so if I haven't visited you in a while, I am so sorry. I hope to get this fixed soon.
I hope your hands get creatively dirty soon!

  3. My daughter just painted me a watercolor of one of her eyeballs...it's fantastic and I just put it in my craft room today so when I saw your collection of fabulous eyes, I had to RUN OVER! This is sensational and your valiant efforts at capturing the true essence of this gorgeous tag has paid off. It's glorious and I love the colors!!

  7. Morning Anita - well it is morning here anyway!!! Love your tag. The pink and green combo is great. I know what you mean about being all fired up when Tim posts (not long now) and then suddenly it is the end of the month already ;-) Time flies when you are crafting. I wonder how we will do with June! I think I 'need' those debossing folders Hugs Helen x

  14. Hello Anita,
My favourite colour palette is Lime and Green, so you had me sucked in immediately, the Tag is interesting with all the eyes, but one is not freaked out as they are subtle in appearance, the overall effect is gorgeous.
